1. Products eligible for return

We only accept returns in the following cases:

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened, used or tampered products.

The user has 7 calendar days from receipt of the product to request a return.

4. Refunds

Once the return is approved:

• The refund will be issued to the same payment method used.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of error on the part of the laboratory.

5. Changes

If you wish to exchange a product for another, the process is handled as a return and new purchase.
